Enrollment / Assessments

To enroll in one of our programs, you will need to complete an orientation. Please visit the following website, click on the appropriate location, and then fill out the form: https://www.bridgessignup.com/
  • You will immediately receive an e-mail which provides proof of enrollment.
  • Within two business days you will receive a second e-mail, from office@bridges2safety.com, which details the ways that you may pay for your orientation; which is $40.00 (this fee falls to $30 if you are on social security or disability. To receive this discount you must provide your AWARD LETTER, which you may upload on the registration page or you may reply to our e-mail and attach the document).
  • Within two business days of receiving the payment, you will receive the orientation documents via Adobe Sign. Please fill out the packet completely (be sure to read through the assessment questions and change the drop down answers to the appropriate answer) and then submit.
  • Within two business days of us receiving your completed orientation documents you will receive another e-mail, from office@bridges2safety.com, asking for you to choose your group and start date. We ask that you start within two weeks. This e-mail will also include office hours for you to pick up your workbook and get answers to any questions you may have.
  • If you would prefer to complete the paperwork, and the interview, in person just let us know.
If at any time you do not see the e-mails, please check your spam/junk filter.
Please keep in mind that you are welcome to e-mail/call us with any questions, at any time, and/or attend an informational session which will be listed in each e-mail that you receive from our office.

  • In the “Leave us a message” section at the bottom of the page please notate that you are needing to schedule an assessment/evaluation.
  • You will immediately receive an e-mail which provides proof of enrollment.
  • Within two business days you will receive a second e-mail, from office@bridges2safety.com, which details the ways that you may pay for your assessment/ebaluation; which is $180.00 (this fee falls to $160 if you are on social security or disability. To receive this discount you must provide your AWARD LETTER, which you may upload on the registration page or you may reply to our e-mail and attach the document).
  • Within two business days of receiving the payment, you will receive the assessment/evaluation documents via Adobe Sign. Please fill out the packet completely (be sure to read through the assessment questions and change the drop down answers to the appropriate answer) and then submit.
  • Within two business days of us receiving your completed assessment/evaluation documents you will receive another e-mail, from office@bridges2safety.com, asking for you to choose a date and time for the fase to fase portion of your assessment/evaluation. This can be done in persono or via ZOOM.
  • If you would prefer to complete the paperwork, and the interview, in person just let us know.
